Terms and Conditions

  1. Mobility Market Intelligence (MMI) is a technology platform owned and developed by Ownco, LLC.
  2. One (1) login is included with your setup costs. One user per login.
  3. Subscribers of this offer must be an active Westcor Agency Partner. If subscriber is not or ceases to become a Westcor Agency Partner, any fees paid will be forfeited and account will be terminated.
  4. Activation is completed within five (5) business days after receiving all necessary information to complete setup.
  5. Setup fee will be billed immediately. Subscription fees will begin the first of the following month and will continue month-to-month until cancellation or termination. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  6. Notice to cancel subscriptions must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to the next recharge date, otherwise an additional month will be billed. If notification to cancel is received prior to 15 days of the next recharge date, service will continue until the end of that billing cycle. Accounts must be current to cancel.   7. MMI is a product that provides information supplied by multiple data partners. Data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
  8. Each login is for use of the subscriber only; sharing or redistributing information is prohibited.
  9. Email provided for login credentials must be subscribers' current company email. Subscriber is required to notify MMI if email changes.
  10. Restrictions on use. Client may not, without Mobility’s express written consent, use the technology in any manner other in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Client acknowledges that the technology and its structure and organization constitute valuable intellectual property of Mobility and its suppliers. Client shall not, nor shall it permit, assist or encourage any third party to: (a) copy, modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works from the technology; (b) sublicense, distribute, sell, use for service bureau use, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer the technology to any third party; (c) merge the technology with other software or use the technology to develop any application or program having the same primary function as the technology; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the technology; (e) directly or indirectly encumber the technology, (f) use any robot, spider, web crawler or other automatic or manual device, tool or process to access, monitor, retrieve, data mine, reproduce or circumvent any portion of the technology, or in any way circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the technology or any portion thereof, or (g) otherwise exercise any rights in or to the technology, except as expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions.
  11. Mobility may terminate this agreement at any time and at their sole discretion.
